- Every Day Magic. We kickoff the series with a FREE special session to learn - for real - how to apply universal principles and proven manifestation techniques to create the life of your dreams as you begin to live from your heart-space.
- Every Day Compass. Assess the major areas of your life in a way that will help you make decisions, prioritize tasks, and take actions that are practical, fulfilling, and truly meaningful - because they align with the higher directives of your soul.
- Every Day Intuition. Infuse your daily routine with meditation and spiritual practices as you learn to listen for - and trust - the voice of your higher soul, and begin to experience the myriad ways your intuition can enhance your life.
- Every Day Sanctuary: Transform your home into a comfortable, beautiful, and sacred space that supports your aspirations and dreams in every way.
- Every Day Abundance. Master the esoteric principles behind gratitude and generosity to cultivate prosperity in every area of your life.

You may attend one month or attend them all, and you may start any month of the year - we will meet you wherever you are in your journey. Two online sessions are included with each month's offering:
- Main Sessions: During the primary session, held on the first Sunday afternoon of each month (see specific dates/times below), you’ll experience inspiring processes and practical applications on a key topic/area of life, to help you succeed with your own real-life goals and priorities. Note: Each session includes interactive exercises, plus empowering assignments for in-between sessions – because the real transformation occurs when you actively apply the principles in your daily life.
- Follow-Up Circles: During the follow-up circle, held on a Tuesday evening two weeks after the main session (see specific dates/times below), you'll have the opportunity to engage further with your instructor and fellow participants as you report on your progress, receive encouragement in your endeavors, get answers to questions, and receive additional tips and insights.
- Be prepared to participate: Sessions and circles are highly interactive and the greatest benefit comes from live participation in activities as they are occurring. Note: Very few activities/exercises will be recorded, and recordings will be made available to participants only in very limited/specific circumstances at the instructor's discretion).
With the highly interactive nature of this program, you'll benefit greatly from the shared experiences of your fellow participants and from the mentorship of your instructor. This is group coaching at its best – it’s like having your very own life coach – and sharing her with a small circle of your friends.

JOANNE FRANCHINA is an intuitive life coach and the founder of Inner Compass and Inner Compass Academy. Joanne enjoyed a successful professional career as a technical writer and training course developer for 15 years before receiving her ministerial ordination and certifications in mediumship and spiritual healing from Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, New York, in 2006. Since then Joanne has coached thousands of people in how to navigate major life changes, explore their spiritual path, use their intuition, cultivate fulfilling relationships, and find meaningful work. She has taught thousands more in workshops on meditation, mediumship development, creative manifestation, and other metaphysical disciplines.
