EVENT REGISTRATION 2024
Before you begin
In-person events are conducted at the Inner Compass office in Cincinnati, Ohio; read our current policies and best practices for the continuing health and well-being of all participants. Online events are conducted in our virtual Zoom meeting room; read our suggestions for setting up your home space for the best experience.
Pre-registration and pre-payment is required for all Inner Compass events, unless you have received permission from us to pay at the door (for in-person events only).
With limited seating at our in-person events, and additional preparations to complete in advance of our online events, we need some lead time to ensure we will have the appropriate materials and a comfortable space all ready for you.
The registration process is fairly simple and requires two things: a completed registration form and your payment. Your payment completes the registration process and ensures your place in an event; without it, you're not registered.
Note: Please register only one person per registration form. If you are registering on behalf of another person such as a family member or friend, include in the Special Notes field your guest's name, contact information, and who is paying/how payment will be made.

If the event is free
If your event is free: complete the online registration form on this page and click the Submit Registration Form button. You will receive an email from Inner Compass confirming your registration (please be patient - this may take a couple of days, as the process is not yet fully automated).
To Pay Online with Paypal (preferred)
Step 1
If you want to pay online via Paypal: complete the online registration form on this page and click the Submit Registration Form button.
Step 2
After you've clicked the Submit Registration Form button, click the appropriate Buy Now button (located below the registration form on this page), then pay online via secure Paypal (Paypal accommodates multiple payment methods, including a Paypal account and credit cards).
You will receive an email from Paypal confirming your payment (this you should receive within a couple of minutes).
You will receive an email from Inner Compass confirming your registration and payment (please be patient - this may take a couple of days, as the process is not yet fully automated).
To Pay via Check
Step 1
If you want to pay via check and you can ensure that we receive it before the event: first contact us to find out whether we can accommodate you.
You will receive an email or telephone call from Inner Compass to confirm whether or not we can accommodate your request (please be patient - this may take a couple of days), and if so, at that time we will provide/discuss any other details relevant to the specific event, including the mailing address to which you should mail your check (the mailing address will depend on where we happen to be at the time of your registration).
Step 2
After you've received confirmation and a mailing address from us, download a printable Registration Form, then print and complete the form. To pay via check, please include your completed registration form in the envelope with your check, rather than filling out an online registration form.
Mail your completed registration form and check (payable to Inner Compass) to the mailing address we instructed you to use. Do not mail cash.
After we have received your registration form and check, we will notify you via email. Again, this may take a few days (if you haven't heard from us and want to follow up on the status of your registration; simply contact us).
To Pay at the Door (in-person events only)
Step 1
If the event is being held in person, and you want to pay at the door either via cash, credit card (Mastercard/Visa), or check (if there would not be time to mail it before the event), you must complete the online registration form on this page, including your preferred method of payment (do not provide credit card details on the registration form), then click the Submit Registration Form button.
You will receive an email or telephone call from Inner Compass to confirm whether or not we can accommodate your request (please be patient - this may take a couple of days), and if so, at that time we will provide/discuss any other details relevant to the specific event and/or the payment method.
Step 2
On the day of the event, please arrive a few minutes early in order to complete the registration process and make your payment.
Cancellation policy
Inner Compass reserves the right to cancel an event at any time, in which case a full refund is provided. Refunds are available (less a $15 processing fee for most events; exceptions are noted where applicable) if you cancel three or more days before an event. Nonrefundable credit toward a future Inner Compass event is available (less the processing fee) if you cancel between two and one day(s) before an event or if you cannot attend due to a medical emergency; credit may be applied to an Inner Compass event for one year following date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the day of an event, if you do not show up, or if you leave early, except for a medical emergency.
