Deep Dive Session

Access your higher soul and go deeper with your inner work. Depending on the session type, you’ll gain spiritual direction, experience multidimensional healing, or empower yourself with past-life insights. You’ll experience a transformation and leave with a deeper sense of connection and peace.
Life Path Session, Restructuring, Past-Life Regression
The purpose of a Deep Dive session is to explore in depth a specific topic or issue for insight, healing, and empowerment. Each session is uniquely structured, and may include components of mediumship, intuitive life coaching, spiritual counseling, and/or spiritual healing.
Life Path Sessions include elements of both an Intuitive Life Coaching and a Mediumship/Soul Reading, and focuses on your path in life: where you are, what your higher soul planned before you incarnated, where you're currently headed, and what steps you can take for your highest and best good. One way that it differs from a Mediumship Reading is that it typically does not include identification of your loved ones who are in spirit; the primary source of the information presented in these sessions is the client's own spirit, or higher soul, although occasionally, a higher spiritual guide may wish to be identified to the client for a specific reason. You might think of a Life Path session as a Soul Reading with highly specialized content.
Restructuring* sessions include elements of spiritual counseling and spiritual healing, and focus on resolving a pervasive issue in your life. Restructuring gets to the source of the unwanted dynamic and facilitates healing on multiple levels — physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually — helping you access, release, and transform unconscious and reactive patterns to past trauma, and helping you restore "lost" resources. The session includes a light regression; identification of dysfunctional patterns and their somatic anchors; affirmations of release and restoration; breathwork; and visualization. * Restructuring is an innovative and effective method of healing created and developed by Thomas Cratsley, who has worked in the fields of counseling, spiritual healing, and teaching for over 30 years.
Past-Life Regressions are facilitated sessions for exploring past-life events that are relevant to your present lifetime. Past-life regression may help you to see personal relationships from a new perspective; release traumas at the root of physical conditions; let go of fears and limiting beliefs; align with your spiritual path; and connect with your own inner guidance and intuitive abilities. During the session I guide you into a deeply relaxed, meditative state that enables you to access information from your higher soul through your subconscious; in this state, you receive and perceive vignettes, impressions, and knowledge directly. The session may cover more than one past life; periods between lifetimes; and occasionally, relevant childhood, adolescent, or other significant prior experiences from the present lifetime. I then support you in integrating relevant information to empower you in your current life situations. Because I am a certified hypnotist who is also a certified clairvoyant medium trained in past-life readings, during past-life regression sessions I often receive impressions and insights that help me to facilitate the session. And if you were not able to regress through hypnosis (a very rare occurrence), during our remaining session time I would "tune in" on your behalf to receive past-life impressions, as well as guidance and insights from your higher soul and spiritual teachers. Past-Life Regressions differ from Past-Life Readings, which are offered as a Mediumship Reading. In a past-life regression, I guide you to experience the past-life events for yourself; in a past-life reading, I receive past-life information on your behalf and communicate the information to you.

Sessions are available by appointment only. In-person sessions are conducted at the Inner Compass office in Cincinnati, Ohio; read our current policies and best practices for the continuing health and well-being of all participants. Online sessions are conducted in our virtual Zoom meeting room; read our suggestions for setting up your home space for the best experience. Phone sessions are also available.

Distance sessions (online or phone) must be paid for in advance of the appointment. After you have scheduled your session, you may pay online via Paypal, or you may pay via check or money order (payable to Inner Compass) and mail your payment to the Inner Compass office (payment must be received in advance of the session). All telephone costs must be incurred by the client.
If you've scheduled an in-person session, you may pre-pay online via Paypal, or you may bring cash, check, or credit card with you on the day of your appointment.
