I am so excited! I have just put the final touches on my latest workshop that is coming up in a little over a week. It's all about journaling creatively and collaboratively with your Soul. In fact, Inner Compass Academy is featuring two new offerings that will help you to speak - and write - your spiritual truth. Soul Creations Circle/Crafting as a Spiritual Practice
Our next Soul Creations Circle features guest facilitator Diane Sears and a crafting project that will help you connect to Spirit and to your Higher Soul through journaling. You'll make an everyday journal uniquely yours by creating a beautiful cover that speaks to you and inspires you to write. (No crafting experience or artistic talent required).

This newest circle by Inner Compass is all about "crafting as a spiritual practice. When we engage in a task that requires mild focus and repetitive movement, as crafting does, we often slip into a spontaneous meditative state. That state of consciousness we hope and strive for when we sit on a cushion with the intention to empty our minds of all thought has been at our fingertips all along! And you can experience it with others who share your desire for soulful community, and trusted facilitators who have tested the recipes, worked out the kinks, and will even bring the tools and materials.
