Meditation Sampler for Mediums
In this engaging and lively workshop, you’ll explore a variety of meditations - sitting, moving,chanting, sensing, focusing, visualizations, mindfulness, and more - from many spiritualtraditions.
You’ll experience simple meditations you can do anywhere and anytime, as well as specificmeditations to aid in the spiritual unfoldment of developing mediums. And you’ll learn how to set up a personal practice that suits your personality, lifestyle, and spiritual goals.
This workshop distills years of study and practice into key concepts and applications. Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a meditation cushion if you use one, and be prepared to experience the spiritual transformation that meditation can bring to your life!

REV. JOANNE FRANCHINA is an intuitive life coach and the founder of Inner Compass and Inner Compass Academy. A sixth-generation Spiritualist, Joanne became an ordained minister and certified medium/spiritual healer through Fellowships of the Spirit in Lily Dale, New York. Since 2003, when she became a member of the United Spiritualists of the Christ Light Church (USCL), she has served in many capacities: managing the office, creating marketing materials, editing a newsletter, teaching classes, and developing an election process for the Board of Directors. Currently Joanne is honored to serve the USCL as guest minister and guest instructor.
